On 7 March 2017, Prof Kieran McEvoy gave oral evidence to the House of Commons Defence Select Committee’s Investigation into Fatalities Involving British Military Personnel. His written report addresses the issue of the legality of a statute of limitations for armed forces who served in Northern Ireland.
